I help women process emotional pain and feel grounded, supported, and validated. The ups and downs associated with managing relationships, career, family, and health can leave women feeling exhausted, confused, hopeless, and defeated all at the same time. Struggles can feel like invisible weight that others might not acknowledge or understand.

I provide a warm, supportive environment for women to process the anxiety, sadness, guilt, frustration, anger, depression, stress, and grief. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Shame Resilience to help women feel seen, heard, and healed. My goal is to genuinely connect with you to promote resilience, build on strengths, and increase your sense of well-being.

Through my positive energy yet caring, and relaxed nature, I empower women to feel fulfilled in their lives. I strive to meet women where they are and build bridges that lead to increased hope, validated feelings, and positive change.
